4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.   Registration and Check-In
Once registered and checked in, relax with other UUs or visit the UU Network Mall. Registration will re-open on Saturday from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
     
7:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.   Ingathering
Your District Board and staff will welcome you to the 2010 Annual Meeting with a short celebration in pictures, words, and song, with Richard Bock graciously providing piano accompaniment. There will also be a presentation on the CenEast Regional Group initiative.
     
8:00 p.m. – 9:15 p.m.   Concert
Olympia’s Daughters is an outstanding a cappella women’s ensemble with UU roots, named after the first woman ordained by a national denomination – the Universalists. Olympia's Daughters “challenges attitudes, fosters healing, and hopes to build bridges between communities and cultures through the universal language of music.”
     
9:15 p.m.– 10:30 p.m.   Reception
Enjoy refreshments and the fellowship of old and new UU friends.
     
10:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.   Worship
Youth and young adults will lead an inspiring late-evening worship service.

The Rev. Vanessa Southern, Parish Minister, Unitarian Church in Summit (NJ), will lead the service.
     
9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.   Keynote Address: Rev. Burton Carley
The Rev. Burton Carley, Senior Minister, First Unitarian Church of Memphis (TN) , former member of the UUA Board of Trustees, and 2005 Berry Street Essayist, will deliver a talk titled “What Binds Us Together?”.
     
10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.   Break
Take the opportunity to visit the UU Network Mall, including great UU items for sale and the inspiring displays of UU-related organizations.
     
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.   Workshop A
Choose from among workshops A1-A9. Help us plan space needs by indicating your preference on your registration form; doing so does not commit you to that particular workshop.
     
11:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.   Workshop B
Choose from among workshops B1-B10. Help us plan space needs by indicating your preference on your registration form; doing so does not commit you to that particular workshop.
     
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.   Lunch, Awards, Business Meeting
Following lunch, included in your registration fee, the 2009 District Awards and Scholarships will be presented and the Annual Business Meeting
will be conducted, including election of the Trustees at Large and members of the Nominating Committee.
